Situated on Lake Maggiore and close to Monte Rosa, the hotel is surrounded by vast expanses of natural beauty and boasts 15 apartments, all with lake views. The ideal combination of lake and mountains, during your stay you can enjoy the various activities that both have to offer. On the lake you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving, and canoeing, amongst others, whilst the mountains offer trekking hiking and skiing opportunities. Alternatively, you can take the opportunity to relax on the residence’s private beach, fully equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas, as well as the possibility of hiring canoes, pedalos and sailing or motor boats, with which you can reach the Borromee Islands, with their marvellous gardens and picturesque fisherman houses.

From May–September, hiring of motor boats by the residence's private beach is available (deckchairs and sun umbrellas are free). A service for bikers is available.
From April to September the hotel offers a bar-restaurant on the beach, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between a dip in the water and sunbathing, you can come up from the private beach for a snack under the shade of the lime trees on the romantic terrace of Hemingway Cafe.
Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person.

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
